A multi-million-dollar MD Management renovation that gave every building in the development a complete facelift, with high design and construction standards throughout. The whole site was improved — new parking lot, new lighting, landscaping, and pedestrian-friendly upgrades.
The anchor store, Hen House Market, got a 20,000-square-foot expansion and interior renovation that made it their flagship in the Kansas City area. All of it was completed while businesses stayed open — keeping customers and retailers happy through the work, which is something we’ve always done well.
